Getting Started

From the smallest school districts to the largest, our flexible system supports your unique needs and grows with you in your ongoing mission to improve education.

Options

• Your Student Information System or Ours
  Curriculign can serve as your primary student information system or interface with your existing system. Data can be imported or hand entered and maintained. You do not need any IT infrastructure to implement Curriculign other than an Internet connection.
• Your Report Cards or Ours
  Make use of Curriculign's custom report cards or continue to use your existing report card system. Curriculign's extensive export capability will produce whatever data you need and offers a full production service to deliver printed report cards to your district, or print them yourself.
• Centralized Instructional Management
  Make full use of Curriculign's powerful instructional management by entering information about your existing curriculum. Provide this information centrally or teachers may align as they go. Curriculign offers expert alignment and data entry services as well as pre-aligned packages for selected materials such as major reading and math basals.
• Training
  Depending on your implementation, your district may supplement our online training with onsite group training or specialized training for administrators and curriculum directors. We will work with you to make sure your district gets off on the right foot.

Security

• Safer than On-Site
  Your data is safer, more secure and more restricted at our facility, over the Internet, than it is at your own site. Even if we get hacked (we can't), no one can see your data. Even if our facility burned to the ground (it won't), your data would be safe and the system would continue to function online.
• Financial-Strength Encryption
  Curriculign is encrypted with 128-bit SSL while in transit over the Internet, as well as onsite at our facility. Our encryption is the same used in the financial industry and is just as safe from your teacher's home computer as it is on the school network.
• Redundant
  All data is backed up nightly and stored in multiple locations in case of disaster.
• Restricted
  Curriculign enforces data viewing and editing privileges for all users according to district settings.

Technical Requirements

• Most Modern internet Browsers
  Curriculign works with any modern computer (PC or Mac) and most Internet browsers, including Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, Netscape 7.0 and above, Firefox and Safari.
• No Special Setup
  Curriculign does NOT use ActiveX Controls or custom plug-ins and will not compromise your security measures. Flash and Javascript are required and are included by default in all modern browsers.
• No Infrastructure
  No IT infrastructure is required other than a connection to the Internet.
